For unaccompanied violin. Dramatic and declamatory, Adler’s Solemn Soliloquy is a lyrical elegy composed for violinist Atis Bankas of the Toronto Symphony. The work was commissioned for a premiere in 2014 at a Holocaust Memorial in Warsaw, Poland. For advanced violinists.
